Trying to Conceive

$450.00

Trying to conceive is an exciting time, but it can also be filled with uncertainty, questions and frustration. Whether you've just started trying for a baby or you've been on the journey for some time, understanding your menstrual cycle is one of the most valuable tools you can have.

Many people rely on period tracking apps to predict ovulation, but these apps can only estimate when ovulation may occur based on previous cycles. Fertility awareness teaches you to recognise your body's own signs of fertility, allowing you to identify your fertile window in real time and confirm when ovulation has occurred. This knowledge can help you time intercourse more effectively and gain confidence in understanding your unique cycle.

This is much more than a series of appointments. My role is to teach you the evidence-based sympto-thermal method while providing personalised education, guidance and support tailored to your individual journey.

What you'll receive

Three personalised appointments

Our appointments are designed to build your knowledge step by step, ensuring you feel confident using the sympto-thermal method independently.

During these sessions we'll cover:

  • How the menstrual cycle works

  • The hormones that influence your cycle

  • How to observe and accurately interpret cervical mucus, basal body temperature and other fertility signs

  • Identifying your fertile window

  • Confirming ovulation

  • Understanding what a healthy cycle looks like

  • Timing intercourse to maximise your chances of conception

  • Answering your individual questions

Personalised chart reviews

Between appointments, I'll review your charts and provide personalised feedback so you can feel confident you're interpreting your observations correctly. Learning fertility awareness is a skill, and regular feedback is one of the best ways to build confidence.

Ongoing support

You're not expected to navigate everything on your own. Throughout your programme you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your charts and receive guidance as you put your new knowledge into practice. My goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Preconception health

Preparing for pregnancy involves much more than identifying ovulation. We'll discuss evidence-based preconception care, including lifestyle factors, nutrition, supplements, and other considerations that may help optimise your health before pregnancy.

Understanding your cycle

Your fertility chart is more than a record of ovulation. It provides a detailed picture of your menstrual cycle and can help identify patterns that may be useful when discussing your health with your healthcare provider.

I have a particular interest in supporting women with conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS. Fertility awareness charting can be used alongside medical care and complementary health approaches to better understand hormonal patterns, recognise symptom trends and monitor changes over time.

If your charts suggest something outside the expected range, I'll help you understand what you're seeing and explain when it may be appropriate to speak with your GP or fertility specialist. Your chart can also become a valuable cycle history if further investigations are recommended.

Throughout your journey

One of my favourite parts of this work is supporting women throughout the emotional ups and downs of trying to conceive. Whether you're celebrating a positive pregnancy test, feeling discouraged after another cycle, or simply have questions about your chart, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner.

My goal is to give you the knowledge, confidence and support to understand your body, work with your cycle, and feel empowered throughout your journey to pregnancy.
