I offer consultations online throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as in person from my home clinic in Perth, Western Australia.

My fertility awareness programmes are tailored to your individual goals and include personalised education, practical resources and ongoing guidance to help you build confidence using the sympto-thermal method.

You can choose between two resource options:

Digital Resources
Receive your learning materials and charting templates by email before your appointment. You'll simply need to purchase your own digital oral thermometer.

Printed Resource Pack (additional fee applies)
Receive a comprehensive resource pack including printed learning materials, charting templates and a digital oral thermometer, ready for you to begin charting.

Additional Support

Learning the sympto-thermal method is a new skill, and some clients appreciate additional guidance as they become more confident.

• Additional Chart Review – $30
  Personalised feedback on your chart to help ensure you're accurately interpreting your fertility signs and applying the method correctly.

• Follow-up Consultation – $80
  Ideal if you'd like extra support, have questions, or would benefit from further education after completing your programme.

Specialised Teaching

I also provide specialised fertility awareness education for women who are:

• Breastfeeding

• Approaching or experiencing perimenopause

These life stages often involve changing fertility patterns and require modified charting techniques and interpretation. I'll teach you how to confidently apply the sympto-thermal method during these transitions while tailoring the education to your individual circumstances.
