Hi, I’m Felicity.

I've always been passionate about women's health and fascinated by the incredible way our bodies work. My journey into fertility awareness began through my studies in nursing and a Diploma of Health Science at the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, and the discovery of the sympto-thermal method.

Like many women, I was surprised by how little I had been taught about my own body. Despite years of education, I realised I knew very little about how my menstrual cycle actually worked or what it was telling me. That discovery sparked a passion that has become my mission: to help other women learn the things we should all have been taught.

I went on to become an accredited Fertility Awareness Educator through Natural Fertility New Zealand, where I now teach women how to confidently understand and interpret their body's natural signs.

Living with endometriosis has also given me a personal appreciation for the value of fertility awareness. While charting isn't a treatment for endometriosis, it has helped me better understand my own cycle, recognise patterns in my symptoms and pain, and have more informed conversations with my healthcare providers. It's one of the reasons I have a special interest in supporting women with endometriosis, PCOS and other hormonal or reproductive health concerns.

I believe every woman deserves to truly understand her body. Whether you're avoiding pregnancy, trying to conceive, or simply wanting to understand your cycle, my goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to interpret your body's natural signs and make informed decisions about your reproductive health.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is supporting women who are trying to conceive. Trying for a baby can be exciting, emotional and sometimes overwhelming, and I love walking alongside my clients as they learn about their cycles, interpret their charts and navigate each step of their journey.

My approach is warm, evidence-based and judgement-free. I don't believe fertility awareness is about perfection. It's about education, understanding and empowering you with a skill that can support you throughout every stage of your reproductive life.

I'd love to help you learn the language of your body.
